ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Choose your items and size,on the site.
Add them to your shopping cart.
Accept our terms & conditions and confirm your shopping cart.
Select a delivery method.
Fill out your delivery details.
Choose your method of payment.
Enter your bank details.
Confirm payment.
You will receive a confirmatiaon email with your order number.
You can track your orders via your account.
We only accept the following methods of payment:
VISA / MASTERCARD
Once your order has been confirmed, you can no longer change it, even if it has not yet been sent out.
If you have a discount code, type it in the applicable field on the payment page. If the code is valid, it will immediately be applied to your shopping cart.
DELIVERY
Delivery is free for orders of €100 and over.
For orders under €100, below is the shipping cost per country:
Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain: €4.90
France: €7.90
Austria and Germany: €8.90
Switzerland: €20.00
Rest of Europe: €12.90
Any packages sent back because of an erroneous or incomplete delivery address will be sent back out at the customer's charge.
Once your order has been sent out, you will recieve an email containing your tracking number, which you will be able to use to track your package during its journey. Don't forget to check your spam folder to make sure you don't miss it.
You can find the tracking number for your order under 'My account' via which you will be able to follow your package.
If it is marked as delivered but you have not received anything, contact your post office or chosen pick-up point directly.
Don't forget to check with your neighbours or concierge in case they accepted your package on your behalf while you were out.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the case wherein your order does not fully meet your needs, you have 14 days from delivery to send it back to us.
If you want to return your items, make sure that they have not been worn or dirtied and put them back in their original packaging. We only accept unworn items for return. When you try your shoes on, please make sure to do so on a clean surface so as to avoid damaging them if you think you may need to send them back, as we will otherwise not be able to refund them.
Fill out the delivery slip attached to your package with your return instructions.
You can then send them back to the following address via the means of your choice:

Please keep your proof of postage safely in case of dispute or if your items are lost on route, in which case the proof of postage will count as proof of return for the items concerned and your refund request will be processed.
Please note that returns can take up to 10 days to reach our showroom, after which time they will be processed within 72 hours.
If the product is returned under the conditions outlined above, you will receive an email notification of your refund.
If you would like to exchange your items, you have 14 days to send them back and let us know what you would like to do.
In order for us to be able to process an exchange, make sure they have not been worn or dirtied and put them back into their original packaging. We only accept unworn items for return. Please make sure you try your shoes on, on a clean surface to avoid damaging them if you think you may need to send them back, as otherwise we will not be able to take them back.
Fill out the delivery slip attached to your package with your return instructions, noting the size for which you wish to exchange.

Plese note that we only accept exchanges for size. To exchange for a new model, please request a refund and start a new order.

We only process online orders and do not handle after-sale service for our resellers.
PRODUCTS
Our sneakers fit true to size.
We do not offer half-sizes. If you're between two sizes, it's best to size up.
All of our shoes feature laces, velcro or straps, so you can adjust them if you are concerned about wide or narrow feet.
If unsure, you can always try a pair on at one of our points of sale in France. Find your closest one on our Stores page.
In the case wherein the shoes you ordered do not fit correctly, be sure not to mark or damage them while trying them on so that we can process an exchange.
Our shoes are currently available in sizes 36 - 41 for women, with some designs available in 35 - 42.

Some of our designs or sizes may be victims of their own success and run out of stock. We regularly replenish our store and some models may come back, so keep an eye on the site to make sure. You can also sign up to our newsletter to know when we restock.
All of our Bons Baisers de Paname shoes are designed in France, in our Paris studio. Our products are then manufactured in Asia, by carefully selected suppliers. All our partner factories hold BSCI certification.
